Our insight course has run several times. We have now taken it to a new level. By asking Pauline Willimas to get involved. What we now offer is a course to help agency researchers to create insights that clients are likely to use. Drawing on the experience of one of the UK's most senior clientside researchers. This was originally a two day course but we have compressed it into one day to give you more value. In this day course you will learn what an insight is and how to generate more of them. But critically you will learn how clients sell insights to their own internal teams. The best way to implement insights. You will come away from the course with a fresh understanding of how to come up with insights that actually get used.
This course is for anybody working as a clientside researcher or in a research agency who has to deliver research based insights.

Pauline Williams has worked as head of insight for companies such as British Gas and the Nationwide. She has lled two industry initiatves to measure the return on insight investment.
John Griffiths Planning Above and Beyond - wrote the first successful version of the insight course with Mike IImms. He is a nominees for best presentation and best new thinking at this year's MRS conference.
