This two day workshop is a regular favourite and aims to advance moderators' expertise by refreshing, re-assessing and re-inspiring their moderating. Part of the second day is set aside to address individual delegates' specific issues and needs.
Benefits - from this workshop you will -
Be able to 'step back' and review current working practices
consider other ways and styles of moderating to become more flexible
increase your skills at managing the group process (including dealing with difficult respondents and sensitive issues)
develop more effective questions and eliciting techniques
For qualitative researchers with at least two years' moderating experience - especially those who wish to find ways of enhancing their current techniques and keep up to date with current thinking and best practice.
