It is generally true that the Marketing Services sector is not especially good at training people in general management skills. All too often people find themselves promoted to a managerial position without any formal development training.

Our programmes range from general but vital skills such as delegation and motivating staff and colleagues, to more senior level development programmes coaching either individuals or the senior management team.
