Account Handling (and Client Service)
The success of every Agency (in Advertising, Direct Marketing, PR, Design and Research) depends upon the skill of its staff in managing client relationships (and internal relationships as well). We have developed a range of programmes that address the essential aspects of these skills. These include specific skills such as Negotiating and Influencing (but in a context of needing to nurture a long-term relationship based on trust and respect, not simply 'selling'), presenting creative proposals and more general but vital skills such as Presenting and Communication Skills. It is also generally true that the Marketing Services sector is not especially good at training people in general management skills such as delegation and motivating staff/colleagues - but we can offer a range of such programmes for Account Handling/Client Service staff.
