Joanna has probably conducted close to 4000 groups in a long career as a researcher. She is now dedicated to developing knowledge in qual, coaching and training. She is the author of Interviewing Groups and Individuals in Qualitative Market Research and regularly runs courses and workshops for a range of organisations.

Chiara has worked in Market Research for over a decade, notably for rdsi and Flamingo, specialising in international qualitative. Over the years she has been strongly involved in qualitative training, including work for the AQR and for Enfoque, Brazil.  Chiara has recently set up on her own, with a view to dedicate more time to training and coaching.
